No you design it completely
It works in VS2008 (not VS2010/VB2008/...) and then you need to add a (Idk how its called) paintsomething(that control with a paint brush as an icon or so) to your form and right click=> design or so and when you add a tabcontrol , you need to go to tabbuttons or something and change the styles to that control
lol completely wrong explained but I used it like half a year ago
