PC Build - Am i missing anything?

I have made a list of parts to create a new desktop computer. am i missing anything (other than monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc.)?

a DVD/bluray drive is useful
and 6x USB2 isn't enough for me(I have 9 usb2 ports and a extra hub of 4)

some extras
HD webcam
TV Tuner

And the cooling system is usually in the case
