Ok, so is there any tutorial or example app which i can use to start a "VPN" - Virtual Personal network ?
If this thing is possible, and i am sure it is 99%, please let me know...

Ever heard of Google?
Instead of LOL use this -
LSIBMHBIWFETALOL
Which means -

You can connect an existing VPN connection with the rasdial command line utility.
E.g:

rasdial.exe vpn1 user password
rasdial.exe vpn1 /disconnect
