Another Web Based Operating System?

Yo! I've been thinking about making another Web Based OS. However this one all the apps will be made by me, unless I get another individual to develop apps as well for this website, and be apart of the team.
Anyway there still won't be a file structure so you won't be able to host files on my site, due to the fact of space. However I'm not gonna add in a web browser on this. I mean think of it, a browser in a browser? That's just dumb.
Anyway it's just an idea at the moment. I have no idea what to call it yet, but have a base of an idea on how to design it. Also I'm thinking of having most of the apps (not all, but most) like widgets, or just having something like Dashboard implemented into it. If you don't know what Dashboard is, watch this old video by SoldierKnowsBest.
Anyway if you have any ideas hit me up.
BTW: Sorry if I haven't been as active as I used to. I got a new job. Getting a lot of slack, cause of the GED thing which I'm taking my social studies test the 20th, and then the day after I'm scheduling my constitution test, and I won't get the results till the end of the month, and I'll know if I get my GED or not. So hopefully I'll pass. Been working real hard, and well we all know hard work leads to success. So lets see if it'll happen
