EDIT: I apoligize for my cat's misbehaving. Anyway, you could just draw lines in visual basic and then add events for when the mouse crosses those lines. For the store, you could sell different themes, stuff like that

its super easy to make in microsoft office powerpoint, but what code are you planning to develop it in, but in the shop i have some suggestions
*Make the mouse move slower
*zoom in %3
*Buy a mistake(its basically like hearts, but you can buy more)
