Okay so I switched the server form my computer to a free online database.
Please test and see if you are able to make an account and login using the account.
It should say Welcome *your username*! once you log in!

Nope i get an exception error, "Could not load file or assembly 'MySql.Data, Version=6.1.3.0"

I get the same error. Maybe you need to include the MySQL.Data.dll with the *.exe
