Windows 7 Speech Recognition Error

Have anyone run into this error on Windows 7?
You open the speech recognizer and it say
"SPEECH RECOGNITION COULD NOT START BECAUSE THE LANGUAGE CONFIGURATION IS NOT SUPPORTED.....THE RECOGNIZER LANGUAGE MUST MATCH THE LANGUAGE OF THE USER INTERFACE. PLEASE CHANGE THE RECOGNIZER LANGUAGE IN THE SPEECH RECOGNITION CONTROL PANEL UNDER ADVANCED OPTIONS"

never mind.
I have found a software that would have me do what I want.
I no longer need Windows 7 speech recognition software.
The prize is a bit high but it does what it's supposed to do.
I actually need this so that my disabled cousin can use the computer
