ok so i was searcjing around for how to do a guassian blur and i found this

and basically this program is like a miniphotoshop

it can do everything from gaussian blurs to setting the contrast level to even comletely warping a picture please i suggest you try it out

Awesome, I'll try it BTW, homogenity means everything is the same... Hetereogenity means it's different. Example: Homosexual, heterosexual.

yes you should try it also, hmm i guess i learnt something new
this project's latest version was made in 2005 so one may need to upgrade it to 2010

its a dll or? Im at school and they blocked the DL function :((

i dont think it uses dlls, its just source code
you open the folder click the folder with 2005 on the label
and click on the VB solution file
