Humans hate change.

This new design is in every possible way better. There is absolutely nothing that is worse, and nearly everything (or everything) is better. Simple.

Modernized look, clean UI, responsiveness, etc...

@iLenkaa: I don't really notice a speed difference. Are you using Google Chrome?

It is slower for me in all browsers. Around a 2 second loading difference. Also I do not like the social network integration, it automatically put on my facebook. Now almost all my school friends saw my 2 stupid videos >.> Also i do not like where the recommended videos bar is placed, it makes it look like advertisements. And making the background have a gradient to gray wasn't a good idea. The only thing i like about the change is that the channels are almost the same.

1. Don't integrate with it... it's an option
2. The speed difference must be your computer's speed. Faster your computer, faster the rendering of the page (you have to have a strong connection and decent Internet speed too)
3. Don't just do this:

*discovers new ideas, features, and updates, how it helps and how it doesn't, and logically think about them*
-insert judgment here

You have to take the time to consider the changes. It'll take a few days if you don't already like it (I liked it on first sight), but it'll catch on. Everyone hated the previous update at first, now they spontaneously like it.

I have no idea why it wouldn't show up, but try to clear cashe (Ctrl+Shift+Delete)

Lucky clanc.... After a week of new youtube, i still hate it. also i have wireless N router and a 50mbps connection to my provider
