I have noticed that a lot of developers and mostly graphics designers and 3D modellers tend to use the classic theme because it doesnt eat up system resources freeing them up to do your work faster.

Makes sense. And also, windows classic theme isn't that bad-looking. It's actually a nice, little retro theme. And it is also very simple for the eyes.
