well you can just add your url to google (http://www.google.co.uk/addurl/). adwords is just to advertise your website.

Yes, or you can create a Google Webmaster account, and then submit your sitemap.

You shouldnt submit ur site to google.. Google works with an rep system. If you sumbit you get -rep (i know it sounds weird!!).
Just let google find ur site.

just google your site, you google your own site, they crawl into your website and a few days, hours, idk later, voila, your site is there
