Well, for me MSPaint is the best! I am addicted to it and as Nery said in another section, I am a pro in it!

well im not too good in using MS Paint but before i had gimp and photoshop and all i was really good with it

GIMP is very confusing for me... I wonder how people can use those type of complicated programmes?
