My Christmas tradition is waking up early with my brothers and sisters and spending time with family making cookies and gingerbread men
Or then in February cleaning all the pine needles after we take the tree down :(

In Iceland, Christmas is at 24'th December.
What my family does,
We wake up early, go bathing. Go to the graveyard and "meet" my dead grandma and light a candle there. Then we wait until the clock is 6 pm. and then we eat, after everyone is done eating, we open presents.
That's basically what we do lol.

We wake early, eat breakfast then rip our presants open, we usually have a feast and stay home

My sister and I wake up early on Christmas moring (6:00 AM), and wait for our parents to wake up as well, and our grandparents too (they live with us ).
We then unrap our presents, and then prepare the tables to put food on, because in the afternoon, the whole family comes to our house and eats and talks and all. Mostly, it's people we only see once a year, and they're all getting old, so we might not see them much longer, and its also great for my grandparents because they get to see all of their family.
Its really a fun time, and we enjoy doing it every year
