Some of you may remember this application I started last year. I had it up on Codeplex for awhile and it had a few followers but I had been getting many emails regarding this program and getting people wanting to help develop it, I declined but have decided I will work on it now.

Anyway I never finished the Examples interface as well as I wanted to but here is a list of things I did add/working on:

Added a tip of the day system
Fixed the old website link
All JQuery References that you see on the bottom left can now be double clicked to be inserted instead of the old Insert button.
Some bugs

Before with the Reference Insert it was annoying to use, and it took me forever to add it, I never thought to add a double click feature, it's easier, faster, and way less time consuming to manage and add/work on etc.

Also, You can actually develop games in JQuery which didn't click to me and I have been getting emails about things like using my HTML Editor to develop games, there is some people who are using my software to develop web games. So to test it out I actually got some open-source games and they will be featured in the application.

An overview of the application



Currently, the only examples is the JTypingHero game, and Mike's Lightbox example he created last year. The Lightbox doesn't load in the application properly because it use's IEs Browser control. However you can still code/work on it just the same as any other application and just preview it in your browser.

I am not sure when I am releasing this version, My school holidays are nearing an end and I am working on several games at the moment. Anyway, let me know what you think.

Syntax highlighting is never something I've really accomplished and Clan I will take up on that offer, thanks

@smashapps: me too iv made html editor before but could never get the syntex to work

I have syntax highlighting on my HTML Editor but the spacing is weird it doesn't work well.

Update: JQuery Editor 0.3 is going to have support for HTML5 and CSS3, I am no longer going to work on HTML Editor, instead the references view is going to allow users to add all the HTML5 tags etc in their code then run it in a separate window. there will be support for CSS3

However, Support for other languages and what languages are not yet known.
