You should put the links EVERYWHERE you can like your facebook, twitter, forum signatures, msn, email footers etc to get as many people clicking but you will probably need 1000s of clicks to earn any serious cash.

The trick isnt getting enough clicks, its getting enough refferals! You know if you reffer 5 people, thats not enough, but if each of them reffer 5 more people, you suddenly get much higher income. I have 1 inactive refferal lmao;
