Maybe if you drag icon of something to panel it blocks it and if you drag icon out it unblocks it..

No, just the process names & the selected checkkboxes, drag n drop can cause alot of errors, this is supposed to be an "intuitive GUI".
This i'll add in the next version:
-You can open taskmanager anymore due to security reasons
-If you try to open a blocked program it will record the time and put it in a listview (thats whats it called right?
). Then the parent can open it and see what the child has tried to open.Anymore suggestions?
