Will this also be available for iOS, Android, and/or Linux?

Also a couple improvements to add/fix.

1) Won't let me move it, I can't click and drag, which is REALLY annoying.
2) New posts when hovered, it shows the default arrow cursor, when the hand/link should be shown, as it opens the browser, or new tab depending if your browser's already in use.
3) Also minimize only goes to system tray, when it should be set for the user to choose the taskbar or system tray for their liking. (I personally like the taskbar better, as my system tray is always cluttered)

It no longer functions because I had to remove the notification code from the site. It used a free push notification service called PubNub and when I first made this pubnub was free with almost unlimited messages and user connections but since then they have changed their free service features and limited the number of messages and user connections so I decided to stop using it.

Using a service for push notification isn't that good, why not just create your own little script in PHP to display the latest x topics and then have the application check if the last topic display matches the last topic in the PHP output.
That's one way of doing it, I'm sure there are other ways.
