Wheres the part where he said all hackers are like this ? a hacker is a hacker, but there are hackers that do malicious things and others that do good things... All hackers can do/ do the same...

You need to change your FTP and hosting passwords etc and make sure you dont have the login info in any apps or site scripts etc..check every file on your server make sure theres nothing that contains your login details.

Also do a virus spyware check because someone may be watching you :?

I asked him. He said someone had upload a file names c99.php through an uploader on his website. I guess that file enables someone to take control of a website.

Those "hackers" who do malicious things are called crackers. That's not really a topic to discuss here so I won't say more.

On topic: if someone uploaded a file with code to change / delete files they can just access that file through a normal browser and modify as much as they want. It would be smart to prevent uploading of PHP/HTML/script files that may be public accessible.

Yes they did, I should of disallowed php files from being uploaded, but he cannot do anything to the website I didn't even realize, my friend from school found it and told me.
