Using a proxy is not changing the IP, it's just hiding it. You redirect all traffic through another computer that acts as a man in the middle.

What do you mean by grabbing a proxy?

This doesnt serve any proxy functionality, You simply download it and it displays your local IP, Didnt display 127.0.0.1 for me but my LAN IP, You then click "Grab Proxy" and it the listbox will fill up with about 100 proxy ips, the save button will save the list it just got and the X button simply causes the Application to close, It does not redirect your internet through a Proxy/VPN of any sort, I wouldnt say its worth the two credits but meh.
