This light-weight application displays the source of any web page then allows you to save the source as an HTML file.How to use:
Enter a web address, press View Source then you can Choose to save it. The default extension is .html so you only need the name of the file, and the name is the title of the web page by default.Image:

Which RTB are you using for the source ?
The application is simple and easy, which is what makes it so nice

Make the icons smaller next to textbox.

No this one I saw from a link someone requested for a Syntax highlighter, the richtextbox is with the application download, feel free to use it, I love it because it works well, you can choose which language to use or you can define your own
