Hmmm... Making a Television software isn't all that difficult. All you need is a website which has the TV channels that you want to put in your TV software. Then you can make buttons for each channel or whatever you want. For example if you want to watch BBC News channel on your TV software, go and type "BBC News TV Live" in any search engine and find the website that works perfect. Then copy the URL of the video. Go to the first button or anything you had created and paste in the code: AxWindowsMediaPlayer1.URL = "(The video's URL that you have copied)". It must be similar to this.

I have also made a TV software for my father. Instead of opening the Web Browser, then going to the Bookmarks, then clicking the News Channel, he simply opens the application from his desktop and it is already playing the News Channel!
