Lol the song is called Popcorn it was written by Gershon Kingsley most popcorn vending machines play one or more versions of this song lol it is kind of addictive in its own way catchy was really a sort of dance music or somewhat like it in its own way

I think that is the music popcorn vendors played and the customers threw their popcorn in their air and then tried to catch them by dancing, lol. It is a little catchy.
