So in my microphone/headest I heard my clicks and key pad touches coming through , my laptop has microphone too! so i took out the mic and sound port out of jacks and played song and had LOUD screech and held down the power button! so i restarted it and had to turn off laptop speakers! any help i dont want them off
I didn't comprehend your question so well but I think I know the solution.
The problem is not in the hardware but in the software. Your computer is listening to the Mic. When it does that, the mic input comes out through the speakers. The mic again takes the sound from the speakers and sends it out again. When this is happening, half of the voice is gone and mostly the only thing left is a high frequency sound (screeches). You were hearing the clicks and keypad touches because of the same reason: the sound goes as input into the mic and comes out through speakers and repeat.
You can fix it by right-clicking on the speakers icon on the taskbar and press 'recording devices'. Double click on your microphone and go to the Listen tab. Uncheck the 'Listen to this device' checkbox and press Apply/OK. You're good to go.

IT WORKED! Thank you +rep for you, I was messing with my SRS Premuim Sound IDT Sound HD Panel
It was good that you turned off your laptop, because if that sound didn't stop, your speakers would be destroyed by the loud sound.
You were stuck in a sound loop :P
