We are almost 3

On July 22nd Codenstuff.com will be 3 years old which is testament to how good the site and its members realy are because without members that site would have failed and been taken offline a long time ago. Many new sites start up and get a few members who are active for a little while and then everything slows down and eventually just stops and the site fades away but thankfully Codenstuff.com has beaten the odds and avoided failure and 3 years later we are still here and looking forward to the future.

We all like a good celebration on this site and we have had contests and special events held every year on our birthday and although we will have some type of special event in the next couple of weeks I would like to do something different this year because I think 3 years is an amazing achievement.

I would like to ask you all to celebrate our 3rd birthday in your own way by doing something for the site which could be:

Writing a post about your experience since joining the site, how its helped you or a simple review
Take a look back at the first tutorials you posted and maybe update
Update some of the first apps you posted on site using some of the new skills/techniques you learned over the years
Invite all your friends to join us, post some links around and help get the site buzzing with more members
Create an image or wallpaper for Codenstuff.com
Create a video tutorial or video review of the site
Maybe you like using music software why not create a song about the site

Many of us have been here for atleast 1-2 years and others have been here rite from the very beginning so why not look back at some of the first posts you made on site to see if theres something you can make even better. Codenstuff.com has helped us all improve our coding skills, we made new friends, helped eachother through hard times and for most of us its like a second home so the site realy has changed all our lives in one way or another and that is why I think we should celebrate the site in our own way and show everyone what the site means to us.

To find all your early posts just do an ego search: search.php?search_id=egosearch and goto the very last page on the list.

If you post something to celebrate our 3rd birthday please use the hash tag #Birthday in your post so we can find it.

Like many other members here, this website has truly become a second home for me, and I dare say it might be my first home and a half :lol:

i am a member here for almost 1 year (i forgot my old accounts password) and i have been developed in programming field A LOT . i like to say codenstuff is my home because i dont like the place where i am living now . i will write my experience on this website . i am ready to celebrate the 3rd #Birthday

I love this website and I cannot believe it's 3 years old now I basically learnt programming on here! #Birthday I also met a lot of friends here #Vikhedgehog #comathi #CodenStuff #mshimranpro and #Agust1337 who doesn't come on this site anymore sadly.
