Dell's great technical support!
If your a member of codenstuff then this is the main place to be. Get together..talk..chat and ponder. Have fun. Chill out. Play games.
As some of you may know, I recently bought an Alienware computer (Dell owns alienware if you didn't know) and sadly it turned out the dvd drive didn't work correctly. So after a few days I called dell tech support and after like 5 minutes the guy I was talking to said they will send in a technician. This is great compared to some other tech support I used before (Medion). I would like to hear your thoughts on this matter.
in sri lanka alienware computers are very very expensive . I know one thing about alienware computers , its made for high graphics actually for gamers .

Gamers are not limited to prebuilt computers. Many people (including myself) built their computers part-by-part, and can run games just as well as any Alienware computer can.
But Alienware does have some sweet-looking cases.
#GoodGuy17 thanks , i have seen many themes designed for xp naming alienware its like a os

I own a Dell, and I can truly say their technical service is the best I've ever known. For one, you actually speak to a real person, wheras Acer made you speak to a robot, who would eventually tell you your waranty is out and that it can't help you.
Also, their service is quick and efficient. Got a problem with your drive? Your drive will be fixed, not your keyboard, because that's not broken.
I remember when I got my laptop, it, naturally, didn't come with Windows installation disks. I really wanted them, for backup purposes. And as it turned out, I had to use them just a few weeks ago. Anyways, withing a few days of receiving the laptop, I called Dell, and the next day, I had not only disks for Windows, but also all the utilities that came with the PC, plus disks to reinstall all the drivers.
Thanks Dell!
