They might have a good tech support but their laptops suck! I have bought my laptop around 2 years ago and I had battery problems after some months only, but it's not only that, I had a blue/dead pixel on my screen when I bought it. Now this is where I made a mistake by not contacting them and just ignoring it, cause it is annoying when watching movies, because it only appears when it's black background.

Anyways, that was my first laptop and last one I buy for now, I prefer desktops since they have better performance and no battery

#Codex , I don't think you should judge Dell's entire selection of computers based on a bad experience you had with one product in one category :lol: Following that logic, not a single computer manufacturer would be good :lol:
Anyway, I personally have never had a bad experience with a Dell, and I know that's the company I'll be sticking with for a while

I installed windows 8 and it didn't partion right so I asked Dell for a new windows 7 cd and they sent me a Windows 7 OEM which can be used unlimited times without a seriel key. Dell in my rating is 4/5.
