Does anyone know how i can publish my webapplication wrote in asp.net to my website or to anywebsite that i can update and protect it from please

Yes, ASP.NET just like VB.NET, is made by Microsoft. As Filip said, you need a Windows server to run the files on.

If you're looking for hosts that offer Windows hosting, you can check out 1&1. They have different packages, and they're not too expensive.

yes you need to use IIS in the control panel > Programs and Features > Turn On Windows Features.
Then, you have to setup and Configure all the IIS settings. I would do a lot of reading on setting up IIS.

Thanks for all the help people (Reasson is someone i know needs an application i built in .net but they have a mac and dont want to parralle so i thought a webapp would work on mac right?...)

Edit: Someone bad repted me for this post but i just wanted to say i was saying thanks because its simply poite and the reassons because sometimes they do effect things for example there may be a way to add it to a site simple but it wouldnt work online but it would work locally so that is why i posted this
