Interesting Topic Mike
The way i look at things is
I dont know if there is a God?, But thinking about it RATIONALLY, then NO i dont think there is someone up above us watching over us and giving comfort to us on the pretext that when we die we will be taken to wherever and everything will be hunky dory.
I might be totally wrong, But IF I am, then i have had a result, If not then i wont know about it anyway..
SO WHY SHOULD I WORRY
You only need to believe in one thing, and that's Yourselves.
Respect

I'm here to say my opinion, since everyone here just believes himself and he is sure about it, I wanna say that, God exist, because simply, no math equations or energy ..
If you can't believe me when I say "the tree chopped it self and made a boat"
how can you believe this world became from A RANDOM HUGE Explosion or whatever happened? Animals, humans, Plants, Sky, Planets, Sun, moon, universe
all that can't be just a random thing happened, there is a creator for sure..
Thank you
PS: I respect your opinion, no hate please hehaho;

Jaime,
No rational human being believes that everything was just created randomly from a huge explosion some 14.5 billion years ago. We believe in evolution, the process in which single-celled organisms on Earth, would have evolved over time in what we have today. These organisms would have come from inorganic matter (and yes, it has been proved that, given the right conditions, gasses and other inorganic matter could become complex proteins, the building blocks of life).
Now, as for the origin of the Universe, we don't know. The Big Bang is a theory, and once again, no reasonable person should claim to know for sure that the Universe originates from it.
However, I believe, and so do many people, that the lack of explanation for a phenomenon does NOT mean we should attribute it to a deity. Instead of just giving up on finding an explanation, we push forward and try to understand why and how it happens. There's a lot of things we know today we didn't know less than a century ago. Think of what we could learn in another 100 years.
Science is a powerful thing, because it's made to change. Many theories we learn today may be proved invalid tomorrow. And that's awesome, because that shows that we can be wrong, but we're willing to accept it and change the way we see hings every once in a while. I can't think of any religion that has gone and revised itself over time to be more precise or more correct. I do recall, however, however, science to have changed the way a church thinks (hint hint, Galileo). But I may be wrong....
In any case, I don't believe in the existence of a God. I may be wrong, but I've got better things to worry about than what happens after I die, like living, for example. And in complete honesty, if God did create me, I'm sure he'll understand that he and I don't always see eye to eye. If not, I'm sure a lot of nice people are waiting for me in Hell lol.
So, conclusion: belive what you want to believe, nobody [should] stop you. Just keep in mind there are different points of view, dofferent methods to approach things and different methods to prove things.

Your statement about he big bang theory just being a theory is not entirely correct, the word theory has different meanings.
The common meaning is that it is just a theory with no evidence to back it up, so there for is still only theoretical. There is also another meaning of the word being a scientific theory this is when we get good solid evidence that makes the theory seem likely.
ok in short read the following it goes into the detail i cant due to time constraints

Shaun Williamson wrote:You are being deceived by the different senses of the word theory. In ordinary life we often describe something as just a theory meaning it is a proposed explanation for things which has not yet been supported by the evidence.
However in science the word theory is used to mean an explanation for the facts which is supported by all the evidence. In science a hypothesis is a proposed explanation. When we get good solid evidence for a hypothesis it becomes a scientific theory.
So the Big Bang is a scientific theory. It is misleading to describe it as ‘only’ a theory. It will only ever be replaced if someone comes up with a stronger theory that is also supported by all the evidence.
Evolution is a scientific theory. Relativity is a scientific theory. Quantum mechanics is a scientific theory. No one who understands science doubts that these theories are true because there is just so much evidence in favour of them that it makes no sense to doubt them. We may modify these theories in the light of further evidence but we will never completely discard any of them.
The Big Bang Theory is not as strong a theory as the previous three but it is still strongly supported by all the available evidence. It isn’t just a wild idea that will be easily replaced.
To summarise ‘just a theory’ and ‘a scientific theory’ mean two completely different things. Don’t confuse one with the other. It is unfortunate that we use the word theory in these two completely different senses.
Unified Field theory explained...
Some people say that at some point in time 2 big areas of open land known as 'fields' existed next to each other separated by a stone wall but someone removed the wall and the 2 fields become united....this is now known as the unified field theory.

I added a little bit into this, but keep in mind this is all related to energy body, and physical body in unification. Not everyone will believe this, and that's fine. I could care less if you do or don't. I'm simply sharing my knowledge, but to state, "No this is wrong! It's this way!" You haft to have solid evidence that backs up your statements/theories. Just saying you're the son of god, isn't a logical explanation it's a statement. Therefore it's irrelevant, but that's my opinion. Anyway idk if I'll revise this again, but enjoy!
As for the god topic. I don't believe a single deity created all that is. So I classify creation by creation. I don't worship the sun, or the earth, but I give thanks to it everyday, which is simply by enjoying my incarnation, and giving back to the earth by recycling, planting, etc: but most importantly by being me.
Anyway that's all I have to say on this. I'm not gonna argue on a topic that has no means on arguing over.
Here's some videos you may wanna watch...
