Hey all
As I run my own business, I need an application that lets my clients choose media sizes and add details of what they need and then submit it to me, by way of email.
I have enclosed a mockup of what i need in the attachment below
If anyone can help me out then i would be willing to give 1000 credits for a working example the meets my needs.
anyways, have a look at the attachment and let me know if you can help.

Just to make sure I understand, the program should:
-Tell the user how much their order will cost
-Notify you via email of the customer's order+attachments
Should each tab in the program function seperatly? Or do the orders stack up?

If this is for clients to submit an order request wouldn't it be better to have an order form on your site?, do you have a site yet?. :?

Hello and thinking of you problem i would use a PHP script use the method $_POST and then use http request to send it that way.Then you can also back it up in a database As-well.
