PictureFrame makes it easy, and simple to display a picture frame on your desktop. You can choose
between 8 different picture frames, and if you ever wanna edit a premade picture frame, or made your own by app means feel free, just edit one that's located in the images folder, and save it over a premade one, and then startup PictureFrame, and there you go. Now what if you want it displayed above all other apps, or what if you don't? Well you can choose if you want PictureFrame pinned, or unpinned.
Tip: While PictureFrame maybe pinned, once you click the desktop, your taskbar will display above it, along with the start menu. Simply click PictureFrame to display it below.
Tip #2: You can use the windows button to open the start menu.
System Requirements:
• Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP/Vista/7 - 32bit and 64bit
• 1.25MB of hard disk space

PictureFrame now no longer requires the .NET Framework, and has hotkeys.
Choose between 1, or 8 picture frames, and if you don't like any of them, by all means, edit/change then to your liking, and yes you can still hide pictureframe, and change it to Pinned, or UnPinned.
If PictureFrame doesn't seem to work for you man sure the PictureFrame.exe file is lets say on your Desktop, then make sure the Images folder is on the desktop as well. The reason why is because, PictureFrame will not run unless it's images are in the program.

Is this frame creater like the picture editor in the Nokia Nseries mobiles?
Funny Dude wrote:Is this frame creater like the picture editor in the Nokia Nseries mobiles? So you can get the idea of what/how pictureframe is/works I posted a video walkthrew on my original post, so you can see how it works. It's not an editor, or creator in any means, so I thought I'd post the video so you can see for yourself, what it's like.
