Well I run a tekkit server and we allways need to update the ranks but its really annoying when you phrase things wrong
and its allways REALLY annoying to fix so I made this program its a really simple idea and really easy to make but
anyway here is the screen shots of it

reason for install is simply because it feels more pro to me :P
