After I got a blue screen the icon in windows 7 beside welcome never spins. Anyone can fix this?

What are your computer specs?
Looking at people with the same issue, it seems a driver could be at fault here. In one case I read, it was the touchpad driver on a laptop, but yours could be different.

Have you tried a system restore or restore to previous working configuration?

I tried but I had no restore point but it just fixed itself somehow..
