Hello everyone,

Alot of our long term members who have been with us from the very beginning will have noticed the site evolve over the past 9 months or so with a huge amount of new features and improvements. We have VIP section, topic rating, thanking for posts, reputation system, chat box , a huge amount of new sections and just recently we started to add our first user groups and we have added a game arcade for you to have fun and relax in between projects.

Most of the improvements are behind the scenes which you dont see but have improved the way the site works and made things better for us all. When the site first started we had a constant stream of spammers coming to the site and getting on our nerves and spoiling everything but around 4-5 months ago we sorted it out and we havnt had any serious spamming since which is one the best things we have done for the site cooll; .

Just this morning I was talking with some of our members and we decided to add a download block for new members. This is because we are getting alot of new registrations and 40+ users online every single day but only a few of us are active and posting on the site and most of the new members are simply signing up so they can download all our files and dont realy care about the site or how much work you all put into your projects. So as of rite now any new members have to make make atleast 5 genuine posts in the community before they can download our files. We hope this will encourage new members to get involved and join in and post just like the rest of us do.

Some members have been messing around alot lately and breaking the site rules which is spoiling things for the rest of us and causing my inbox to fill up with complaints. We have the game zone and boardroom sections where you can talk about anything you want and mess about and have fun so please use those.

I spend all of my weekend mainly working on the website and adding new stuff for you all and general maintenance but are we missing something?.

Is there something we dont have that you would like to see on the site?
Are we doing anything wrong?
What do you like?
What do you hate?
Should we be doing something different?

Let us know what you think of our features and improvements and the site in general. I want to invite to everyone of you to have your say and if you have any issues or ideas or anything just let it out and tell us. cooll;

In my oppinion we need a new page . The idea page were users can submit their ideas and it will be updated on the page so people on this forum ( Like me ) have ideas when they cant think . I think that would be a great feature cooll;

Well i think like codenstuff has said this site has certainly Evolved in the time it has been up and running and what a Great Transition it has been cooll;

I can't off the top of my head think of anything that the site might need as i have more than enough on this Great Site to keep me amused and in good spirits wahooo;

But if i do think of anything, i will certainly Post it here for your Approvall cooll;

All i would like to say is A Big thank You to You Codenstuff for creating this Site and with it Sharing your Knowledge ( which is Undoubtably Amazing ) with us all.

Am I considered a "long term" member? And as HungryHound said, yes you have added many new features. I love the arcade, though I cant beat anyone :P You have made major improvements over the months. Good job cooll;

Well the site is based and built entirely around PhpBB and it would be a massive job to move to a vBulletin based site and we would lose all our updates/modifications we have made to the site in the conversion. I dont think vBulletin has anything we dont?

vBulletin is highly insecure anyway.. I do recommend upgrading to an IPB Board.. Just go search some forums it has a much greater community-based capability then phpBB.
