just make a button to transfer all text to a different text and have a setting save the current language
Nailing my feet to the floor is easier than using my own muscles to balance, but you don't see me doing that

Or you could enable the localizable property for the form then switch displayed languages with the languages property.

These ways I know. I had to use the program to XML files.
for example: English.xml, Spanish.xml and etc.
