Use the Shockwave Flash COM object.
(Right click on toolbox > Choose Items... > COM tab > select Shockwave Flash Object > press ok)
The control should now be in your toolbox.
To play an flv movie off it use: LoadMovie()

ok ,if you're using 64-bit, to view the flash thingy, go to tools ->options -> show all settings -> projects and solution -> general -> tick show advance build options -> go to build -> configuration manager -> under active solution platform, choose x86 and you're done

btw, same computer ;D
