Do we really need 4 people asking the same question?
By the looks of it he is asking how to change the Windows 7 colour scheme or colour settings via a program. I had a quick look at this music software but I only have access to a Windows 7 machine that won't run Aero, so I couldn't really see the effect he was talking about.

I'd use SetSystemVisualStyle to change the current colour scheme.

Here, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5VTryfLm95E
And setSystemVisualStyle is for the theme
What I wanted to do is to take control over the color scheme.
