Can you create something like "Prove you are a human" on every app start ?
When i 4 example start my self made program it asks me to prove that i am a human, and after that i can use it ?

That isn't difficult. Just create a new form and put a label saying "Prove you're a human:" and add the above system in it and if the key is correct, open the form!
