I also made such a project but lost it. I'll try once again. You should improve on the design though. It looks pure unprofessional! Anyways, thanks for this helpful application!

Nice program 
Im sure many people need this! But i agree with Usman55, you should change the design!
And in my opinion, you could remove that Generate Code button and make it so the codes updates automatically when you change the Text, caption, type, icon, etc.
