I've heard that there's a program used by teachers/schools/universitys that quickly tells you how much of text (from project etc.) is copied from the internet and from where .
Anyone knows : is it true? which one?
Of curse I'm just curious and i don't want to study on how to bypass it

I think they are probably just to scare you and not to copy text from the internter. Why would you even copy text there? Just change read it and write it down you remember
My teachers just type a sentence or so into google and sees what pops up =P
i think thats impossible. A computer program can't recognize what is text and what is the introduction and such(If you can understand me :P)
and if you quickly delete a few phrases(just a few chars ,like 20) the data is messed up completly :P
and I'm wondering what program will read 126 364 896 websites [source?] and all of their webpages(I think it are 63 billion webpages in total) and look for matches. that would take ages. Also , the cache you gain from the 63 billion webpages would be just INSANE

Its, true. If you see on a website named ItsLearning, and send in a file (.doc) for answer it will check, and it uses ca 2 minutes on each file. Our teacher put up a question there, we went home and answered it . They showed us the next day that 5 of 27 had copied from the internet. They had it on full screen when they scanned the files so we saw who didn't do it right
