How does reputation power increase? I am talking about rep power and not rep point.

I think it works either by posts, or by how many rep points you have.

Yes I think for every 100 +reps you get your rep power increases by 1 upto a maximum of 10

Also yesterday my rep power was 5 and now it is 3. How?
