i need to know how to make a simple ip changer so it says im in the US because im trying to play a webbrowser based game but its only available in the US

All you do is use a proxie on a webbrowser.
It is pretty simple to do if you want to know how to make one just pm me.

i tried 3 or 4 proxies but it makes the game not load, can you make a video on how to im not very good with text tutorials xD

Search on "Vindictus eu proxy" or something like that on youtube - very good tut for proxifier.

Are you trying to do this from VB.NET?
Instead of LOL use this -
LSIBMHBIWFETALOL
Which means -
