Oh crap, forgot that it only can download to the C drive, you may not have a C drive.

If you are running Vista/7, I think it needs to be ran as Admin, since it checks if it is down by downloading the site to a temp file in C drive, then deleting that file afterwards.

i think every windows partition must include a c driveThe system drive letter could be any letter after C actually.
