I am currently working on a project which will allow multiple rich text documents to be open at one time. It consists so far of an MDIParent and dimming.

Features so far:
-Save text file
-Uploading
--FTP Uploads
--HTTP Uploads (with correct scripts installed on a PHP enabled server)
-New text file
-Source code opening (currently for PHP, HTML and CSS)
-Automatic Updates
-Key encryption
-Remote access via iPhone/iPad
-HostGator Hosting Coupon for first month @ $0.01 (Subject to change)

when I release the application it will be for sale at £5 (currently) per code. All codes will be sent to your PAYPAL email. If you do not have paypal and/or a valid credit card that works with paypal, I may be able to sort something out for you.

All keys can be used by up to 3 computers.

Your charging £2.50 for something that doesnt work half the time,
and can not save any work that you have done?

Heres an idea!
Build a Beta Test and give it out for FREE until you have all the bugs out
and a server for updates or what ever that does not go down.
That or use a IsConnectionAlive() function to by-pass the Update feature if the server is down.

But I still dont understand why I would pay any amount of money for something that does not work!


BUGS:

Opening PHP, HTML or CSS may cause the application to fail due to incorrect filetype.

If the update server is down the app will crash

You should find a code snippet that checks to see if the server is up and running before it checks for updates.
If the server is down, then you can By-Pass the Update and keep the app running as normal.
I have the perfect script for this. But it may cost you £5 for my code snippet.

If the update server goes down in the middle of an update,
the application will break and will need a reinstall or the unlock code been run remotely.

This is a poor design if this is happening.
You should also use a code snippet that uses a timeout function.
This will stop this from happening.

The application may lockdown and log errors randomly.

This is a Joke right?

If the unlock key is run without the application been locked then the application will break.

I am sorry for being so blunt!
But, If you want money out of me, you need to fix these issues and have the app where it does not crash or "break"
for any reason. I would hate to be working on something have loose my work or unable to save it do to poor coding or app design.

So what is really is,
Is a high function NotePad.exe or Write.exe program with FTP and HTTP Upload features.
And you added a Locking code because you want to charge people for this app.
Does that about cover it?

Even if it works why we pay for something we have source codes better than that in our puckets and its only notepad or a basic notepad make better than Notepad++ and even i wouldnt pay ,Sorry , Thanks

beta should be free but with trial for like 3 or 6 months.

I wouldn't charge €2.50 For a notepad. 100's of lines of code is nothing compared to the paid ones( some of them are over 500 000 lines :O)
