Hello if you go on this section of the forum then you should know what i posted a how to make a tcp chat request and i think i found one but i don't know if its global because I'm just using my local IP so what i need is someone that has team viewer that i can test it with so just msg me or leave a comment if you can

Also it is not wise to give out your Teamviewer as until it expires any number of people can view your computer.

You can test local ports fairly easily by connecting to them on the same machine.
