Making New Accounts

Hey Members
We still have EX-Members making new accounts after they have been banned etc..
You all know that we take a very dim view of this and ask for all Members Co-operation in this matter..
IF you know of an EX Member or Member making new accounts on here then please let codenstuff or any of the Mods know about it..
**Just a suggestion**
Prehaps make codenstuff a 2 tier site, One for the IDIOTS and one for the REAL MEMBERS, so the IDIOTS have their Own Chat with a restricted Forum (called = CodeMuppets) and when they have proved themselves then they are then given access to the real Codenstuff...
This might just work ;)
it certainly is something to think about
