Here is a small application I have developed that can convert Celsius to Fahrenheit or Fahrenheit to Celsius.
It's simple, you use the sliding bar to select the conversion type, then enter the temperature to convert (supports decimals and no text)

I got the idea from Dummy1912 because I was talking to him about how hot it is here, so thanks buddy!
