Going To Be Developing A Web Based OS
Here is the place to post images, videos and downloads of your current and upcoming applications that you are working on.
Agust1337 wrote:How are you going to do the browser? I dare you if you haven't to try make it tabbedThat's the last thing I'm gonna make. I haven't thought much about it yet, except of it being a basic web browser, didn't think about tabs, but I have no idea how I'd do that in JQuery, but it'd be definitely worth a shot.
Napster1488 wrote:Where did u saved the Layout etc. from the Windows ?!The windows were/are done all in code for each app has it's own window, cause each app has it's own div, otherwise the 3 windows will all hide at the same time if you want one window to hide, cause of JQuery.
I am thinking about Creating something like this too but only for myself...
And i need to know how to Create that Kind of Moveable Windows.
You can head here to view the tutorial I posted on making a div draggable using JQuery with JQuery UI.

The web apps are all up. Still looking for others to add though.
I'll get to making OS Finder, and Browser Finder later, and probably add some other apps in system like findout if your browser supports HTML5, CSS3, and/or alert you if JavaScript is turned off.
After thoughs are done I'll get to making the web browser.
NOTE: When the browser is closed in fullscreen, and you open it again it'll go back to it's default size (600x300) and you'll haft to press the fulscreen button once for it to calculate it's size, and again for it to go fullscreen, and it'll act like it's suppose to.
There isn't an official release date, but the estimate release date is June 10th that way I have time to fix out some problems, add some more web apps added in, etc:
Total lines of code (3857)

Thanks for the Info about the Windows Dude!
I'm currently working on making it so each window you click will display above all the other windows onclick, so it won't have an effect like this - http://jsfiddle.net/e2TMV/
It's not a huge problem, it's still useable, but a huge annoyance, and been working on getting this to work all day, and everything I've tried doesn't seem to work, cause it's conflicting with the other codes I have.

Well start putting down some online web apps you'd like to see inside Cloud OS.
Also games as well, and when I say games I mean game websites like pog.com not mario, pacman, etc:
I'm posting this download now before I begin working on the other widgets, and stuff I have planned.
You can view the bugs list here, and the tasks I have left to do here.
The project file is no longer available for download!

I set a hover event so that when accessories is hovered over it'll display above games, and visa versa for the others. Although when not hovered over they'll all go back to their default states. (Not included in download)

The windows will now be white instead of black, to make it look nicer, and I also finished the about/help dialogs. All completely done in code, and the about/help dialogs open up in a lightbox effect, and you close them by clicking the background. However I purposely made it so you can't click and drag thoughs, it's either read it or hide it. (You can also open up the about dialog by clicking the logo on the panel)
There's also been a change with the launcher for multitasking so you can view games, accessories, etc: at the same time, just make sure you hover over games to see games if accessories is hovered over, and visa versa.
I also removed "Finder" (Which was suppose to tell you what OS you're running as well as what your browser, and browser version is) from System.
When you hover over the time you'll see what the current date is.
The web browser is just basic, no tab system or anything as well, browser in a browser. Come on lol
I'll be releasing version 1.0.0 in a couple minutes.
