You can do something like this

Get Graphics.Fromhwnd(Process.Mainwindowhandle)
and draw a crosshair on that graphics

but it needs to be drawn like every millisecond

Graphics.FromHwnd won't allow rendering onto a Direct3D window.
I've seen a few articles on Direct3D hooking but I couldn't say which ones are the best.

Try the Timer Thing (set it to 10 ms) and make the timer update the cursor to Crosshair.

It needs to be a DirectX crosshair or it willnot work. Combat arms blocks out processes trying to be above it so its stops "hacking"
Nailing my feet to the floor is easier than using my own muscles to balance, but you don't see me doing that :)

I saw a Tutorial on how to Inject a DLL into Combat Arms so it could be also possible with a Exe with the Crosshair.
